The chain’s existing loyalty program isn’t going away: The free tier will be renamed Gold and offer fewer benefits, including earning only 10 points per dollar spent. Iaşi, s-a prezentat pentru efectuarea formalităţilor de control, pentru a intra în ţară, un cetățean turc, în vârstă de 34 de ani, conducând un ansamblu rutier format din autocamion și semiremorcă, înmatriculat în Turcia. În baza profilului de risc, s-a procedat la efectuarea unui control amănunţit asupra mijlocului de transport şi persoanei, ocazie cu care echipa comună de control, formată din poliţişti de frontieră şi lucrători vamali a descoperit, ascunsă şi nedeclarată, în pereții laterali ai cabinei autocamionului, cantitatea de 355 de fiole cu substanţe incluse în lista substanţelor interzise prevăzută în Legea nr.104/2008 privind prevenirea şi combaterea producerii şi traficului ilicit de substanţe dopante cu grad mare de risc . Conform prevederilor legale, a fost luată măsura reţinerii substanţelor anabolizante în sumă de peste 100 de mii de lei.

S-a pornit la drum cu un permis de conducere românesc fals. Este vorba despre un tânăr moldovean, în vârstă de 29 de ani, care este cercetat de poliţiştii de frontieră. Bărbatul cu dublă cetățenie, care era la volanul unui automobil înmatriculat în Germania, s-a prezentat pentru verificări în Punctul de Trecere a Frontierei Oancea - I.T.P.F. Astfel, în urma verificărilor, în portofelul acestuia a fost găsit actul fals. Tânărul le-a spus polițiștilor de frontieră că a obținut permisul de conducere cu ajutorul unei persoane, cu care a făcut cunoștință prin intermediul unei rețele de socializare, în schimbul sumei de 300 de euro.

În data de 28 aprilie a.c., în jurul orei 23.30, polițiștii de frontieră din cadrul Sectorului Poliției de Frontieră Ţuţora - I.T.P.F. Iași, aflați în exercitarea atribuțiilor de serviciu, au oprit pentru control, pe DN 28 Iaşi-Albiţa, pe raza localității de frontieră Tomeşti, un autovehicul, în care erau doi bărbaţi cu dublă cetăţenie, română şi moldovenească, în vârstă de 27, respectiv 40 de ani. În cauză s-a luat măsura ridicării întregii cantități de bunuri, în valoare totală de 1095 de lei, efectuându-se, totodată cercetări sub aspectul săvârşirii infracţiunii de contrabandă.

Existând suspiciuni cu privire la situaţia juridică a vehiculului transportat, polițiștii de frontieră români au efectuat verificări suplimentare. Existând suspiciuni cu privire la situaţia juridică a autoturismului transportat, au fost efectuate verificări suplimentare, s-a constatat că autoturismul în cauză figurează în bazele de date ca fiind bun căutat pentru confiscare, semnalare introdusă de autoritățile din Belgia, în luna martie a acestui an. Totodată, a fost stabilit că certificatul de înmatriculare prezentat la controlul de frontieră pentru autoturismul marca Toyota nu îndeplineşte condiţiile de formă şi fond ale unuia autentic, fiind fals. Cu privire la aspectele constatate, bărbatul a declarat faptul că, la rugămintea unui moldovean, transportă autoturismul din Belgia în Republica Moldova și că nu are cunoștință despre faptul că autovehiculul este semnalat furat sau implicat în vreun litigiu.
